Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Snow Removal & General Maintenance Technician to keep our outdoor spaces safe, functional, and visually appealing year-round. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice during winter months, as well as performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of landscape and facility areas. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain a safe environment for staff, visitors, and contractors while supporting the overall upkeep of our property.

Duties

- Safely operate snow removal equipment such as plows, shovels, and salt spreaders to clear pathways, parking lots, and entrances during winter storms
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, gardening, and irrigation system checks to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Use hand tools and power tools for general repairs, fence maintenance, and minor construction tasks around the property
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with outdoor equipment or irrigation systems effectively
- Assist with horticulture tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation to support landscape health




- Support construction or renovation projects by operating excavators or other heavy machinery when needed

Qualifications

- Prior experience with operating a bobcat is preferred.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or general outdoor property upkeep is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to outdoor equipment and tools is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators confidently and safely
- Construction experience or familiarity with excavation work is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture practices, and landscape design principles is advantageous
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards

This is a casual part-time position with no guaranteed hours each week.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
