Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Strong data entry and analysis skills for managing customer information effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques preferred
