Our busy, customer-focused dealership in Trail, BC is seeking a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our service department.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Prepare service estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Provide timely updates throughout the repair process
- Ensure a positive customer experience from drop-off to pick-up

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a quick-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude




- Basic automotive knowledge (dealership experience considered an asset)
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Experience with dealership management systems (asset but not required)
