Duties

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles using advanced schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to identify issues early and prevent breakdowns
- Assemble, disassemble, and replace mechanical components with precision, ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate complex repairs and system upgrades




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and service procedures for accountability and future reference

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques and the use of heavy lifting equipment is essential
- Familiarity with schematics, assembly instructions, and diagnostic tools enhances your effectiveness on the job
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate repair needs clearly and professionally
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Prior experience working with automotive repair software or digital diagnostic systems is a plus
