Our client is seeking a dependable Mailroom Clerk to support mailroom, shipping/receiving, printing, fulfillment, and courier operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, sort, process, scan, label, and distribute mail, packages, and supplies.
- Prepare shipments using postal, courier, freight, and express services.
- Operate printers, mail inserters, sorters, and finishing equipment.
- Process shipping/receiving transactions, logs, reports, mail merges, and fax distribution.
- Support fulfillment, packaging, inventory, deliveries,



quality checks, and workflow improvements.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
- Shipping, receiving, mailroom, fulfillment, or material handling experience is an asset.
