Job Description – Production Worker

WHO YOU ARE

You are an individual with positive energy and strong attention to details. As the Production Worker, you will be responsible for production of roll shutters and screens in a manufacturing environment to meet quality standards and customer specifications. If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we will also provide training to help you become successful in your role.

Your responsibilities include:

- Deliver production jobs as per specifications and to the highest quality standards.
- Measure, cut, bend and shape metal and other material to required dimensions.
- Use appropriate machinery to complete assigned jobs.
- Loading and unloading material and products.
- Maintains clean and orderly work space.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures and policies are followed.
- Other duties as required.

YOU ARE





- A person with strong attention to details
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized, willing to learn, and open to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willing to step up and help out where needed

YOU HAVE

- Production experience with sheet metal products, mechanics, equipment repair, etc

· Ability to read and convert metric and imperial tape measurements.

· Experience operating drill press and CNC machining an asset

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Physical capability to stand and bend for production jobs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if required
- Ability to work over time hours if required
- Proactive and flexible attitude to meet changing work needs and demands
