Duties

- Manage and update online parts catalog with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers via online platforms by providing detailed product information, sourcing parts, and offering technical advice based on mechanical knowledge.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source hard-to-find motorcycle parts, negotiate pricing, and secure timely deliveries.




- Support demand planning efforts by analyzing sales trends and inventory levels to optimize stock levels across the supply chain.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, supplier communications, and inventory

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience or background in motorcycle or automotive parts sales is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Mechanical knowledge of motorcycles
