Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inbound and outbound processing, and inventory counts, ensuring accurate inventory records.

- Coordinate parcel sorting, palletizing, loading/unloading, and pre-delivery preparation.

- Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient last-mile operations.

- Assist in developing and executing transfer and delivery plans and improving transportation and warehouse workflows.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment and follow company safety procedures.

- Use and maintain the NB medium/large-parcel delivery system and ensure operational data accuracy.

- Track and analyze operational data, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

- College diploma or higher; education in logistics, supply chain management,



or a related field is preferred.

- 1–2+ years of warehouse or operations experience; experience with medium/large-parcel delivery is preferred.

- Positive understanding of warehouse and delivery processes, with basic data-analysis skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and logistics/warehouse systems.

- Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills.

- Fluent English is required.

- Forklift certification or relevant equipment-operating experience is an asset.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

- Compensation: To be discussed.

- Schedule: 5 days per week, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., including one weekend day, or as required by operational needs.
