We are engaging 3D Animator / CGI Artists to contribute their creative and technical expertise to a dynamic video data annotation project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This prospect centers around leveraging your animation skills and knowledge of CGI/VFX pipelines to support the development of innovative artificial intelligence, focusing on the intricacies of character movement, rigging, and realistic animation in 3D environments.

Scope of Work

1. Create and annotate high-quality 3D character animations using tools such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D for AI training datasets.
2. Implement rigging and character movement techniques to ensure accurate representation of motion and behavior in 3D models.
3. Provide critical analysis and annotation of video data to improve AI understanding of animation and CGI elements.

Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify annotation guidelines and align deliverables with the customer's needs.
5. Leverage CGI/VFX expertise to identify and document nuanced animation features for the project’s dataset.
6. Ensure submissions maintain consistency, accuracy, and high standards of visual presentation.
7. Offer constructive feedback to continuously refine annotation strategies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficiency in 3D animation using Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
2. Solid understanding of rigging, skinning, and character movement workflows.
3. Experience with CGI/VFX pipelines and best practices for video data annotation or asset review.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and describe subtle differences in movement and visual style.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration in a remote setting.
6. Entry-level or mid-level experience in 3D animation, CGI, or related fields (senior-level expertise is not required).
7. Passion for advancing AI technologies through high-quality creative contributions.
