Our client is a Toronto-based risk intelligence company helping organizations anticipate and respond to events that can disrupt their operations, from infectious disease outbreaks to physical and environmental hazards.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help build the company’s next phase of growth. You’ll sell into established public sector accounts while developing recent enterprise and private sector business, with the opportunity to shape the sales motion and grow into a leadership role.

What you’ll do:

- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Build pipeline across public sector, enterprise, and private sector customers
- Lead complex, consultative sales conversations with multiple stakeholders
- Help build a repeatable sales process and lay the foundation for a future sales team

What we’re looking for:





- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Proven success generating and closing net-new business
- Experience with complex, consultative sales, ideally into enterprise or public sector organizations
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated to build rather than follow an established playbook
- Interested in growing into a sales leadership role over time

Nice to have:

- Experience selling to enterprise, public sector, operations, security, or risk-focused teams
- Experience with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:

- $125,000–$150,000 USD base + uncapped variable (approximately $250,000 USD OTE)
