Position Overview

This is a tremendous opportunity to develop your skills as a Finance Manager in an automotive setting. Have you been selling cars, developing your skills as a qualified and are ready to take the next step in your automotive journey? We are looking for two candidates to join the Car

City family. You bring the energy, work ethic, and positive attitude, we will provide the training,

onboarding, and resources to be successful. Although automotive industry experience is an asset, it is far from a requirement. Who you are as a person is more important than what you know, we will teach the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Educate clients on their credit situation and approval options, helping them to select a vehicle that suits the needs of themselves and their families.

Ensure all sales and financial contracts comply with OMVIC regulations and dealership standards.



Work alongside support staff to provide a seamless customer purchasing experience.

Maintain strong working relationships with prime and subprime lenders.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, relationship building,, and communication skills.

Driven, goal-oriented mindset with high attention to detail. Valid OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
