Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The Account
Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships across club, golf, hospitality, and related industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shopper audits, interpreting performance data, and presenting insights and recommendations to improve sales and service standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to implement performance management programs, supporting client onboarding and training,
and monitoring progress against agreed goals.
The Account
Manager will also identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, contribute to business development initiatives, and ensure timely communication and follow-up to maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Ability to interpret data and performance metrics, with skills in analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to clients.
- Background in hospitality, golf, club management, hotels, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid workplace.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations).
- Experience in customer service improvement, sales performance, or training and development programs is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area for client meetings and site visits as needed.
