We are looking for someone to join our team to manage the accounting requirements of the business including:

- Performing reconciliations of daily cash, bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll in a virtually paperless workplace.
- Preparation of month-end and year-end adjusting entries and creation of monthly financial statements
- Conducting online (and in-person) banking, government filings, data management, and cyber security processes.
- Completion of routine account analysis and bookkeeping assignments following established procedures.
- Staff scheduling and HR processes including group benefits administration, and The Occupational Health & Safety administration.




- Maintenance of payment machines and all necessary office supplies.

The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, be proficient in Sage 50 Pro, electronic data management, internet navigation and Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of online business banking including EFT, CRA web processes, vendor website navigation, and online shipping providers is an asset. The job requires absolute attention to detail, the ability to prioritize workload, and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
