Vital Path Addiction Clinic | New Surrey Location

4–6 hours per day • Guaranteed patient volume • Onsite with supplemented virtual care

Vital Path Addiction Clinic is seeking an addiction specific Nurse Practitioner or Physician to join our new clinic in Surrey, BC. The clinic will support 100 inpatient treatment beds for individuals with substance use and alcohol use disorders, and general medicine, while also welcoming walk-in patients from the community.

Located alongside an attached pharmacy, the clinic will offer a cooperative care environment with an onsite pharmacist and licensed practical nurse (LPN) supporting patient care.

What this opportunity offers

- Fee for Serivce and Management fee's
- A focused daily schedule: 4–6 hours of clinical care per day.
- Guaranteed patients: An established patient population with ongoing medical care needs.




- Onsite clinical support: Work alongside a pharmacist and LPN to support coordinated care and medication management.
- Additional virtual appointments: In-person care will be supplemented by telephone and doxy.me appointments serving the more than 500 beds we support across British Columbia.
