We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and customer service, providing exceptional experiences for our clients threading is mandate. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and promoting services to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide a range of aesthetic services including threading ,facials, body waxing, and makeup application to meet client needs.
- Perform eyelash extensions and ensure proper sanitization of all tools and work areas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns and tailoring treatments accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with clients about their skincare goals and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and promote business growth.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application is preferred.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services or retail products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatments.
