We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agile Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story development and Agile delivery initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:





- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into explicit user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support backlog management, prioritization and requirement clarification.
- Create process flows, functional specifications, business documentation and user guides.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning and defect tracking.
- Monitor requirements and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify business gaps, dependencies, risks and issues and assist with resolution.
- Prepare project updates, reports and stakeholder documentation.
