Job Responsibilities

- The candidate should be able to understand business requirements and interact and explain to techand QA teams, Transaction Monitoring, and broader Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, acting as a critical bridge between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams
- This role ensures that complex regulatory, risk, and detection requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions that are well designed, data enabled, tested, operationally ready, and sustainable in BAU
- The analyst enables safe and effective change across FCRM platforms by combining business application ownership, business testing leadership, data enablement, and strong stakeholder orchestration

Experience & Qualification Requirements

- Undergraduate degree required
- 5-7 years of AML experience preferred; Oracle ECM / Transaction Monitoring experience




- Strong BA skills with BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) experience
- Track record of working with Data, Technology and Data Governance teams
- Strong SQL capability: Interpret data and derive conclusions
- Comfortable with large datasets query and handling
- Understand ETL, data mapping, data lineage
- Can create and execute Business testing plans focused on from a business use case perspective; work closely with BAT test leads
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools
