Role and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate employees within their area of responsibility;
- Coordinate apple receiving operations;
- Monitor and maintain physical inventory records;
- Assign tasks and follow up on operational priorities;
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous process improvement initiatives;
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow;




- Ensure effective communication between teams and management;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and occupational health and safety regulations;
- Perform any other related duties required for the efficient operation of the department.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience operating a forklift (1-3 years) is considered an asset;
- Ability to perform physical work in challenging weather conditions;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods;
- Good manual dexterity;
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work workplace;
- Ability to handle heavy loads;
