DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

Join our dynamic Sales Team to develop new and existing customers while increasing units, net sales, and average revenue per tire.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

- Meet the Management Plan $ sales,



unit sales and profit objectives
- Develop and implement dealer incentives and programs for accounts
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- Meet annual requirements centered around unit and pricing targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Great at building relationships with stakeholders at different levels in the organization
- Resilient to a high paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong self-motivational skills and ability to work independently
- Consumer tire or automotive industry experience

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

- College degree (strongly preferred)
- Proven success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts
- 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience on
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint Knowledge – Proficient in Slide Master, chart creation, short keys, video links, html, insert designs
- SAP experience (preferred)
