Overview

Join our accounting team as an Assistant Controller, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the company's accounting functions. This energetic position offers the chance to lead financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. You'll work closely with senior management to maintain financial integrity and streamline accounting processes, all while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Conduct account reconciliations and detailed account analysis to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain and optimize PBS systems data ensuring all employees and vehicles are accurately accounted for.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Train Reception and implement process relevant to processing car deals efficiently through the accounting system.

Skills

- Proficiency in PBS Systems DMS.




- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify variances.
- Ability to support budgeting activities through data analysis and financial forecasting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving within fast-paced environments.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
