As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service within the establishment. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive work environment.

Duties

- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training and developing staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team




- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is a plus
