Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, directing, and evaluating the operations of the store, and sales activities.
- Oversea showroom and warehouse staff, prepare work schedules, and assign daily duties.
- Monitor customer demand, market trends, sales volumes, and competitors’ activities for stone, moulding, and related products
- Assist in selecting merchandise to be sold, including natural stone, cultured stone, stacking stone, brick/veneer, and architectural moulding, and implementing pricing & credit policies
- Source and negotiate with vendors to procure stone, moulding, and related merchandise for resale.




- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase showroom sales and customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing budgets, authorizing expenditures within delegated authority, and monitoring sales, revenues, inventory, and operating costs.
- Evaluate customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns from homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, developing, and retaining store staff.
- Coordinate customer orders, pickups, deliveries, and inventory requirements to support efficient store operations.

Requirements for the position:

- Completion of secondary School
- A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in retail or wholesale sales is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or similar field would be an asset
