Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is a hands-on leadership position that works alongside theatre staff in the day-to-day operation of the theatre. While primarily focused on front-line guest service, concession, box office, and shift supervision duties, the Assistant Manager serves as the primary backup to the General Manager and assists with staff training, movie programming, inventory management, and other operational responsibilities.
The Assistant Manager helps ensure a safe, effective, and welcoming environment for guests and employees and may assume responsibility for theatre operations during the General Manager's absence.
