The Assistant
Manager is pivotal in cultivating teamwork and driving operational results to provide memorable experiences for resort guests. Flexibility to work day, afternoon, and overnight shifts is essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee grooming and snowmaking team activities
- Motivate staff by setting clear productivity goals
- Create schedules based on budget and staffing needs
- Implement onboarding and safety training procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and report equipment issues promptly Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in snowmaking or grooming
- Landscape construction knowledge preferred
