About the Role An international consumer health company is seeking motivated and forward-thinking students to join its Consumer Marketing team as an Associate Brand Manager Intern in Toronto.

This internship offers the opportunity to take on meaningful brand management responsibilities and contribute to strategies and marketing initiatives with national impact. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience across brand strategy, P&L; management, consumer insights, innovation, digital marketing and commercial planning .

Top-performing candidates may be considered for full time opportunities following completion of the internship .

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of strategic business plans for assigned brands.
- Develop analytical insights across categories, competitors and retail customers to inform business recommendations.
- Support brand P&L; management and make investment recommendations to drive profitable growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Supply, Demand Planning and Global Marketing teams to execute local business plans.
- Track and analyse monthly and annual shipment and consumption targets.
- Support recommendations for recent product launches, pricing and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct consumer research and translate insights into effective market activations.
- Develop marketing communications across channels including TV, digital, print, sampling and professional communications .
- Work with external agency partners on marketing communications and claims.




- Partner with fellow marketers to contribute to broader enterprise-level strategies.

Requirements

Required

- Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related discipline , or an MBA.
- Authorised to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Preferred
- Previous brand management internship or relevant marketing experience.
- Digital marketing experience.
- Experience with budget management or forecasting.
- Exposure to eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
