Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team for Thursdays, possibly expanding to include Fridays in the near future. We are also offering the right candidate, a full buy-in option in the next few years once the owner retires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to our community’s oral health.

Duties

- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals with precision and care
- Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs




- Utilize dental software such as Tracker for scheduling, charting, billing, and record keeping
- Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a gentle and positive experience for young patient.
- Communicate clearly with patients about their oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and uphold the highest standards of safety and sterilization

Experience

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with dental management software such as Tracker is advantageous
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and clinical best practices
