About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.

- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on a wide range of matters.
- Manage and support ongoing litigation and dispute resolution efforts.




- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external legal service providers.

Requirements

- Admitted Attorney with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong foundation in corporate law and commercial contract drafting.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
