Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
- Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while meeting dealership sales goals
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

- Previous Canadain Tire or dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive services effectively
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
