We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Autobody Collision Painter to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and finish coatings to repaired vehicle surfaces, ensuring a flawless appearance that meets our high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic skill and technical expertise in automotive painting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve seamless finishes.
- Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using spray guns and hand tools.
- Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and perform necessary touch-ups or refinishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to complete painting tasks efficiently.
- Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or components when required during the repair process.

Skills

- Proven experience as an autobody collision painter, preferably with dealership experience.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair processes.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in automotive painting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and finishing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
