Responsibilities

Assist senior mechanics with routine vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks to gain practical experience.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and schematics to perform basic repairs and assembly work on various vehicle components.

Support the team with welding tasks and mechanical repairs, ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.

Participate in heavy lifting activities and assist with the movement of parts and equipment around the shop.

Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and parts.

Learn to interpret technical diagrams and schematics to understand vehicle systems better.





Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and supporting dealership operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or previous repair shop experience is a plus.

Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive repair processes preferred.

Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, and schematics is highly desirable.

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

Strong desire to learn about automotive systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques.

Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.

Prior experience in dealership environments or mechanic roles will be considered an advantage.

Pay: $17.60-$24.88 per hour
