Responsibilities

- Evaluate vehicle damage by inspecting vehicles thoroughly and accurately documenting all necessary repairs
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software and tools
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to explain repair needs and costs
- Assist customers by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and guiding them through the repair process




- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer and increase shop revenue
- Collaborate with mechanics and body shop staff to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards

Skills

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and create comprehensive repair estimates
- Knowledge of automotive systems, mechanical components, and repair procedures
- Experience in sales or upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and shop profitability
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
