Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting and repair, with a strong understanding of mechanical processes. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting. As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are painted to the highest standards, contributing to the overall quality of our automotive services.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, ensuring even coverage and quality finishes.
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in minor repairs or adjustments as needed during the painting process.

Requirements

- Proven experience in automotive painting or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive repair processes.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
