What You’ll Be Doing The Role

As our Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a team of advisors who guide our guests through their repair journey with clear communication, accurate estimates, and a smile. You’ll play a key role in making every visit stress-free and positive. This isn’t just about writing repair orders — it’s about building trust and creating long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Greet guests warmly and check in vehicles using our process (VIN, mileage, photos, etc.)
- Explain recommended services clearly, prioritizing safety and reliability
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and repair orders
- Keep communication flowing smoothly between guests and technicians
- Review completed work with guests to ensure confidence and satisfaction




- Schedule appointments and follow up on deferred work
- Take care of warranty claims and parts paperwork promptly and accurately
- Will manage the Novus Glass claims and estimates
- Manage and quote all snowplow leads for Western & SnowDogg

What We’re Looking For

- Service Advisor or customer service experience (automotive background an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay cool and multitask in a busy shop
- Comfortable with computers and shop management software
- A natural people-person who loves solving problems
- A team player with integrity and a positive attitude

Pay: $47,217.73-$73,918.17 per year
