Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and professionally assess their vehicle service and repair needs
- Schedule appointments and prepare accurate repair orders
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Provide customers with timely updates throughout the service process
- Review repair costs, timelines, warranty coverage, and completed work
- Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and other dealership departments
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle requirements
- Obtain customer authorization before additional work is performed
- Ensure repair orders and customer records are complete and accurate




- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and long-term retention
- Help maintain an efficient, organized, and customer-focused service department

What We’re Looking For

- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- A professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a busy setting
- Confidence discussing vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations
- Above average computer skills, comfortable with learning new systems and technology
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Previous automotive dealership or service-advisor experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar products is an asset
