Squamish Toyota is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our technicians. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle’s service needs, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from check-in to pick-up.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, qualified service experience.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, technician findings, and customer needs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
- Work closely with technicians, parts staff, and other members of the Service Department.
- Review completed work with customers and explain invoices and recommended future maintenance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.




- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive Service Advisor or dealership experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable discussing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and costs with customers.
- Positive attitude and a team-first approach.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Automotive knowledge or service experience is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
