We are looking for an experienced Automotive Subprime Finance Specialist / Sales & F&I; Support professional to manage subprime leads, credit applications, lender follow-up, approvals, documentation, and overflow finance support.

This is a full-time, in-person position at the dealership. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming subprime and credit-challenged leads
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email
- Complete and review credit applications
- Enter and manage applications through Dealertrack
- Submit deals to appropriate lenders
- Follow up on approvals, declines, and conditional approvals
- Collect lender-required documents and stipulations
- Verify employment, income, residence, and supporting documentation
- Keep approved customers engaged until delivery
- Follow up with incomplete applications and dormant leads
- Track deals waiting to be submitted, approved, contracted, or funded
- Work with the sales team to match approved customers with suitable vehicles
- Sell warranty and other F&I; products where appropriate




- Assist our main F&I; department with overflow finance deals
- Maintain accurate CRM and Dealertrack notes
- Make sure no approval or customer opportunity is forgotten

Requirements

- Active OMVIC registration required
- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership experience required
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on automotive subprime finance/F&I; experience required
- Hands-on Dealertrack experience required
- Experience working with automotive lenders and credit applications
- Understanding of conditional approvals and lender stipulations
- Solid phone, text, and email follow-up skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple active deals
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Professional, ethical, and accountable
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence

We are not looking for someone who simply submits applications and waits. We want someone who actively works the file, follows up with customers, obtains missing documents, communicates with lenders, works conditional approvals, and helps move each deal toward delivery. Pay: $60,000–$120,000 per year based on experience and performance
