B2B Commercial Fitness Equipment Sales Representative

Edmonton and Northern Alberta

Fitness Factory is Canada’s largest supplier of exercise equipment, with stores from coast to coast. We are looking for a full-time sales representative to grow our commercial business in Edmonton and Northern Alberta.

This is a business-to-business position focused on developing new accounts and building lasting customer relationships. You will work with premium equipment brands including Vision Fitness, Nike Strength, Torque Fitness, Assault Fitness, and Concept2.

Your customers may include oil and gas companies, mining and forestry operations, workforce camps, municipalities, universities, colleges, fitness clubs, personal training studios, hotels, schools, and other commercial facilities. Our Edmonton store will provide an office and desk workspace for customer meetings and day to day work. Regular travel throughout Northern Alberta is part of the role.

Responsibilities

- Prospect for new business and build a solid sales pipeline




- Meet directly with customers to understand their facility and equipment needs
- Prepare proposals and manage opportunities
- Develop relationships with business owners, facility managers, and procurement teams
- Coordinate with our team on facility 3D layouts, delivery, and installation
- Track customer activity and opportunities in HubSpot

We are looking for someone who is confident prospecting, comfortable meeting customers in person, and motivated to develop a large territory. Experience in commercial fitness equipment or sales to industrial and resource sector companies is an asset. This is a full time position based in Edmonton, with bonus and commission compensation.

Pay: $40,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
