Sales Executive – BAST Canada

BAST Canada is looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team.

This is a commission-based position with flexible hours, making it a great opportunity for fresh graduates and university students who want to gain real-world sales experience and build a long-term career.

What you’ll do:

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Visit new construction and under-construction projects to identify sales opportunities
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, designers, homeowners, and other industry professionals
- Introduce BAST’s motorized blinds, shades, curtains, and smart home solutions
- Follow up with leads and develop long-term customer relationships
- Manage your own schedule and organize your field visits
- Work toward sales targets and grow your customer base

Requirements:

- Your own reliable car is required
- Willingness to work on a commission basis is required
- Flexible and self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Comfortable visiting construction sites and meeting potential clients
- Motivated to learn and develop sales skills
- No previous sales experience required — training will be provided
- Fresh graduates and university students are welcome to apply
