B2B Sales Representative

Position: Full time, office and field-based

Compensation: Base salary plus commission

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to find and onboard employers that need temporary or permanent staff.

Responsibilities

- Find businesses that need employees.
- Contact employers through calls, emails and in-person visits.
- Book and attend employer meetings.
- Present Aravana’s staffing services.
- Prepare proposals and onboard new employer accounts.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships.
- Record all activity in the company CRM.
- Meet weekly sales and onboarding targets.

Requirements




- B2B sales or business-development experience is preferred.
- Comfortable cold calling and visiting businesses.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, motivated and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of email, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission based on new business generated
- Opportunity for advancement

Pay: From $35,200.00 per month
