Position: Baker (Morning Bake)

Schedule: Morning 4:00AM

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Morning Initial Baker to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in food quality, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Position Responsibilities

- Complete morning baking and preparation according to Tim Hortons standards
- Prepare donuts, muffins, baked goods and other products as required
- Update and maintain the daily production sheet based on product levels and sales needs
- Follow production quantities and adjust baking levels as required to support freshness and minimize waste
- Monitor product levels and prepare products based on expected sales
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation and product quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked baking area
- Complete opening baking duties accurately and on time
- Follow waste procedures and product holding standards
- Support the restaurant team during busy morning periods when required
- Provide friendly and skilled service to guests when assisting with front-of-house duties

Qualifications & Requirements





- Previous Tim Hortons baking experience is preferred
- Previous baking or food-service experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working early morning shifts
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety and product quality
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to follow instructions and Tim Hortons standards
- Cashier and Drive-Thru experience is an asset, but not required

Additional Hours Opportunity Cashier and Drive-Thru experience is not mandatory for the Baker position. However, Team Members who are trained and comfortable working cashier and/or drive-thru may have opportunities for additional hours and shifts based on business needs and availability.
