Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server/Bartender to provide exceptional guest services at our event venues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves serving food and drinks, bartending, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the food industry or hotel service is preferred, along with a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Serve food and beverages to guests in banquet or event settings with professionalism and attentiveness
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per event requirements
- Set up banquet tables, bar areas, and service stations before events begin
- Ensure guest needs are promptly addressed, providing excellent customer service throughout the event
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including clearing tables, cleaning glassware, and restocking supplies




- Follow all food safety protocols and handling procedures to ensure guest safety
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing drinks or preparing simple dishes
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate service flow and guest experience

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable
- Experience working as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper serving techniques
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: $16.35-$25.00 per hour
