Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead our bustling bar operations. In this role, you will oversee daily bar service, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining efficient and profitable bar operations.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all bar staff, including bartenders and baristas, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, including bartending, serving drinks, and food handling to meet quality standards.
- Manage POS systems such as TouchBistro for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area.




- Lead hiring processes by interviewing candidates and selecting talented team members aligned with our hospitality values.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, beverages, and supplies; place orders to prevent shortages.
- Train staff on bartending techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervising bar service teams within a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong background in bartending, and food handling practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TouchBistro or similar platforms; cash handling experience essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to restaurant and bar operations.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings preferred; hospitality industry knowledge highly valued.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming guest experiences.
