Position Type Independent Contractor / Chair & Booth Rental

This is a rental opportunity and not an hourly or commission-based employee position. Beauty professionals operate their own business and are responsible for their own clients, tools, supplies, and professional/liability insurance.

Duties

- Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Perform professional nail treatments including manicures, spa pedicures, and intricate nail art designs
- Apply and maintain lash extensions and eyelash enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas,



tools, and equipment
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as hair care, skincare, and beauty accessories to enhance client results and boost sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and payment processing

Experience

- Proven experience in hair styling, nail artistry, or lash extension application from a licensed or certified professional
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for hygiene in beauty services
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients about service options and retail products
