About Us:

Aura Night Club is a brand-recent Latin and Top 40 nightclub located in the heart of Downtown Kitchener. We pride ourselves on friendly service and creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests. We are currently building an in-house security team dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of our guests and staff!

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bar Back to support our bartending team during busy shifts. Responsibilities include restocking bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness, assisting bartenders, and helping ensure the bar runs smoothly throughout the night. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Restock liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Take out garbage and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently as part of the bar and nightlife team

Qualifications:

- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights
- Experience in a night club or bar is preferred




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Must hold a valid smart serve license
