Duties

- Provide qualified haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully and offering style recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure safety and hygiene
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare advice,



and product recommendations
- Keep workstations organized and sanitized throughout the day to uphold health standards

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or in a similar hair styling role with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their grooming needs
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols within a grooming environment
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship
- Experience managing front desk tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing transactions
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote grooming products effectively

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
