Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and customer seating zones
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly




- Support the team in serving food items, restocking supplies, and managing busy periods effectively

Skills

- Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within the food industry
- Robust knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, cashiering, and food preparation is highly desirable

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
