Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, perform basic math calculations for change, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks to complement beverage offerings
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions,



and addressing guest needs promptly
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during all stages of food service

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience is required;
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
