Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and iced beverages, including coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision.
- Prepare cold sandwiches and serve pastries.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
- Ensure food safety standards are met by adhering to proper food handling procedures




- Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or dietary needs
- Provide friendly service.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience and knowledge of preparing cold and hot beverages is required
- Latte art skills is required
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles is a plus
