We are looking for an experienced Barista/Front of House team members who thrives in a busy café environment and is committed to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea,smoothies and cocktails.
- Take customer orders and provide excellent, professional customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety
- Assist with light food preparation (sandwiches, paninis, pastries, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

- Smart Serve certification is required
- Minimum 1 year Barista experience
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Solid math skills for cash handling and basic inventory tasks




- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays
