Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, or snacks according to safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly,



taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Support food service operations by serving customers at the counter or table, ensuring timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving
